easyGroup IP Licensing Ltd trading as easyPizza is a company registered in England and Wales with registered company number 4060333, whose registered office is at 12 York Gate, Regent’s Park, London, NW1 4QS. easyPizza.com provides a way for you to communicate your orders to quick service restaurants (“QSRs”) displayed on the easyPizza or Just-Eat Websites.
Our partner Just-Eat UK Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with registered number 4656315, whose registered address is at 35 Catherine Place, London SW1E 6DY, provides a way for your order to be communicated to quick service restaurants (“QSRs”) displayed on this or their Websites.
By visiting and/or ordering services on this or the Just-Eat Websites, you consent to the collection, use and transfer of your information under the terms of this policy.
The Terms and Conditions set out below form the terms of business between easyGroup IP licensing Ltd trading as ‘easyPizza’ and the customer.
Upon submitting your order details to Just-Eat, our restaurant partners, or us you are making an offer to us to purchase the item(s) you have selected, in the specified time slot at the advertised price. Any person who submits an order shall be considered to have agreed to our terms and conditions.
The purchase of items is subject to:
- easyPizza's General Terms & Conditions (this document).
- The terms and conditions of Just-Eat.co.uk as detailed on their website and are subject to revision from time to time.
We reserve the right to refuse your offer should it be necessary..
When making a booking over the Internet you must carefully check the details in the “Place Order” screen of the just-eat.co.uk website. Once you have pressed the “Place Order” button an Order Confirmation with confirmation number will be displayed.
It is the customer responsibility to enter the delivery address in full to ensure the driver may locate the correct property for delivery. Failure to deliver due to incorrect address details will be charged in full.
You must ensure that delivery can be made to the address during the selected time window. If our restaurant partners are unable to make delivery at the given address in the selected time slot then we will deem the order cancelled at full cost. No rescheduling of time will be permitted
In the case of addresses that are irregular or difficult to locate, it is the responsibility of the customer to clearly mark special delivery instructions in the box required. Failure to do so may result in a delayed delivery, or the order being cancelled by easyPizza, Just-Eat or our restaurant partners.

You agree that personal data may be retained, used and disclosed by us and our agents for the purpose of complying with our obligations under these Terms and Conditions for delivery including, but not limited to, administering your Order and complying with any legal obligations.
